Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress the whole way. 

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs varies based on order value, discounts, sales, deals, and etc. Whatever is currently on the store is the correct pricing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order page on our site.

Delays
While most orders arrive within the timeframe above, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. In these cases, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at ravlostore.com@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
